Science of Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga offers countless possibilities to develop transformation within the practitioner by working directly through the nervous and endocrine systems, which are vital for the healthy functioning of our body.
All aspects of a Kundalini Yoga practice aim to create specific effects, such as shifting the balance between the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) to the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response). Working on the endocrine glands, which govern our hormones and regulate our mood, growth and development, metabolism, and reproduction.
Kundalini Yoga can strengthen immunity, improve concentration, calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety at speeds not experienced in other yoga forms.

A mother of two with an entrepreneurial background as a creative leader in the digital field, martial arts experience, and 13 years of Kundalini Yoga practice. As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I build bridges of appreciation and understanding for a broad range of people.
Working with the ancient yet timeless Kundalini Yoga method, I help students to awaken their inner wisdom, become authentic leaders of their own lives, and better navigate our modern world's challenges.
You'll find my approach thought-provoking, uplifting and inspirational; teaching with wit, compassion and a practical sense of daily life problems, students are encouraged to enjoy themselves and take this feeling beyond the mat.
